  • Discovery and feedback process incorporates the notes from the Immersion stage to communicate with your organization on the proposed roadmap. Feedback is encouraged. 

  • Roadmap is broken into stages and a final plan is shared.

  • A project manager is assigned to the phased roadmap and development begins. 

  • Weekly, biweekly, or monthly project update meeting cadence is set based on your needs. 

  • We adjust based on your feedback and give you the updates and metrics you need.

  • Once all code has been deployed, this stage of the process focuses on the user acceptance testing.

  • Any bugs or flaws are identified, controlled, and mitigated.
